- Civil Litigation and Appellate Practice. When disputes occur, we help

our practice focuses on California, it has included services involving
almost every other state, a variety of federal courts including the U.S.
Supreme Court, and legal matters involing, Canada, Mexico and other
nations.
- Arbitration and Mediation. We've been providing "alternative" dispute
resolution services for over 30 years, including representing clients in
mediation, case evaluation, and arbitration locally, nationally and
internationally. In addition, we can provide the highest quality of neutral
services to those attorneys who require an efficient and effective neutral
mediator or arbitrator to assist them in resolving pending disputes.
